Shipping & Returns

Our Years of shipping experience and material expediting allows us to personalize your shipment based on quantity, weight and distance to provide to best shipping option for your order.

Our robust logistics systems are seamlessly integrated with both the US Postal service and UPS insuring not only timely deliveries but a delivery system that can be customized for our customers needs providing on time deliveries thus eliminating costly delays.

All orders are placed in our shipping queue immediately upon receipt of our on line orders .

Queued orders normally ship within one business day after order has been placed.

Personalized items are not returnable, except in the case of an error on the part of We Make Bears 4 U. Any error or return request must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

All merchandise must be returned in original condition.

We will refund all charges (including shipping charges) for personalized products if the order is spelled differently than what was requested by the customer or if a mistake is made on the part of We Make Bears 4 U.

Shipping charges will not be refunded when an order is returned for any other reason.
